Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of SuiteProtect (the "Service"), operated by NOCKO INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY L.L.C. By creating an account you accept them on behalf of your organisation.

The Service

SuiteProtect provides device monitoring and inventory, remote access, server hardware monitoring and Apple device management through a web portal, agents and collectors.

Trials and billing

Each service can be tried free for 30 days with a limited number of licences; no payment details are required for the trial. Paid subscriptions are billed per device or per server, monthly or yearly, in advance, in USD or AED. Current prices are published on suiteprotect.com and shown in the portal before you confirm an order. Prices exclude taxes; UAE VAT (5%) is added for customers in the United Arab Emirates. Payments are processed by Stripe; we do not store your card details.

Refunds and cancellations

You can cancel any subscription at any time from the billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period: you keep access until then and are not charged again. You can also lower your licence count at any time; the new count applies from the next billing period. Fees already paid for the current period are not refunded, except where a refund is required by law or where we have failed to provide the Service for a prolonged period through our fault. To request a refund in these cases, write to info@suiteprotect.com within 30 days of the charge.

Your responsibilities

• Install agents and collectors only on systems you own or are authorised to manage.
• Obtain any consent required from the users of monitored or remotely accessed devices.
• Keep your credentials secure and your account information accurate.
• Do not use the Service unlawfully, or to access systems without permission.

Availability

We work to keep the Service available and secure but provide it "as is", without a guaranteed uptime level unless agreed separately in writing.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that are unpaid or that breach these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and the courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction.
